You have a copy of middle of nowhere and snowed in, but what else have these guys made for our listening pleasures? well, take a peek through the record shop and find out! click on the bold song titles for the lyrics.
*note-- i typed these lyrics, and i tried my best to put word for word, exactly what is on the albums - this includes the "oh"s, so if you just want straightforward lyrics without "oh"s and "yeah"s then check out hansonline -- they have the official lyrics. also, i tried my very best not to miss anything, but if there is something you think i got wrong, feel free to e-mail me and let me know! thanks!

pre-fame
(not available in stores)
the beginnings (1992)
this tape was recorded for about 30 of hanson's church friends. i don't actually have a copy of this, so i've never heard it myself, but from what i've heard, it's a gospel/rap type of album.
*heaven*he died on the cross*i need you lord*love from above*star*drive me crazy (baby abie)*pick me up*rock her heart away*funny bunny*i don't think so*god's doing the new thing*he died on the cross reprise*
dreams in the night (1993)
i'm not completely sure why this album was recorded, but it is semi-rare, and contains an earlier version of rain with synthesized music in the background. splish splash, johnny b. goode, rockin' robin, summertime blues, and kokomo are all a cappella, and hanson wrote the other 4 songs. this tape is really cute -- ike's voice is still squeaky! hehehehe :)
*pick me up*rain*daydreams in the night*magic of love*splish splash*johnny b. goode*rockin' robin*summertime blues*kokomo*
(not available in stores)
this was originally a demo tape for record companies, but hanson also sold them after their performances. there is a lot od synthesized music in the background.
*boomerang*poison ivy*lonely boy*don't accuse*rain*more than anything*the love you save*back to the island*more than anything reprise*
mmmbop (1996)
this was also originally a demo for record companies, but again, it was made into a cd for fans. this album was recorded in about 60 hours in a garage, and hanson plays most of the instruments, and produced it.

middle of nowhere (released may 6, 1997)
this was hanson's first national release. it's an excellent debut album with a great sound. a lot of notable people worked on this album such as the dust brothers and many more. middle of nowhere peaked on the billboard charts at #2. if you don't have this album, i suggest you go out and get it right now! *interesting fact -- this album was recorded in the dust brother's studio, with a pool outside, and ike and tay have later said that zac recorded several of these tracks while he was "dripping wet" from the pool! hehe, boys will be boys!
*thinking of you*mmmbop*weird*speechless*where's the love*yearbook*look at you*lucy*i will come to you*a minute without you*madeline*with you in your dreams*man from milwaukee(garage mix)*
snowed in (released november 18 1997)
this is hanson's christmas album. they wrote three songs, and co-wrote one song for this album. they also produced it and played nearly all the instruments. interesting fact -- before snowed in was released, there was a massive rumor that hanson were going to release an album in december of '97. this rumor was false, however in july, hanson decided to do a christmas album, so they spent a month in the studio, and ended up releasing snowed in on november 18. so even though the rumor was false, it ended up sort of being true.

3 car garage (released may 12, 1998)
three car garage is a collection of songs off of their second independent album, mmmbop. hanson released it solely due to the overwhelming fan requests for the release of their independent album. this album really proves that hanson have been at it for as long as they say, and it also proves their overwhelming talent or both writing and singing. i believe 3 car garage peaked on the charts at #6. notice, though, that hanson left quite a few songs off of this album...should we expect a second anthology of old material anytime soon?
*day has come*two tears*thinking of you*river*surely as the sun*mmmbop*soldier*stories*pictures*sometimes*with you in your dreams*
live from albertane (released november 3, 1998)
live from albertane is a collection of songs from hanson's seattle concert at the key arena on july 21, 1998. this concert absolutely rocked (i know, i was there:), and hanson somehow managed to edit out most of the screaming! this album really shows off their a ability to perform live. their instrumental s kills have improved drastically from their earlier performances, and their voices have gotten deep enough that the songs have a whole new sound to them. this is an awesome album, so go out and get it if you don't already have a copy! more than anything is one of my absolute favorite hanson songs, and the passion that is in isaac's voice when he sings it will blow you away! go ike! go hanson! yeah!
*gimmie some lovin'/shake a tail feather medley*where's the love*river*i will come to you*ever lonely*speechless*with you in your dreams*a minute without you*money(that's what i want)*more than anything*mmmbop*man from milwaukee*
this time around (released may 9, 2000)
this time around is a much more mature, musically diverse album than the previous, and it further proves hanson's incredible talent, and enhances their credibility as serious musicians. though it is a bit over-produced, the boys' amazing musical ability shines through, with more vivid lyrics, and the powerful, intense vocals making this time around more than worth the wait, proving what hanson fans have known all along--hanson is not a "boy band."

middle of nowhere (everywhere)
same as in the us, but with different covers
snowed in (japan)
this album is so cool! it is really expensive, but it comes with like 12 sheets of stickers, cool packaging, and a few never-before-seen pictures. it also has the words to all the songs, not just the ones hanson wrote (so if you think my lyrics are wrong, well..aside from the "oh's" o got the off of the album itself so...), so i personally think it is completely worth it.
