Submitted by: Melanie@hanson.net Hanson have all their fans in a total frenzy with their new album "This Time Around"! The Three brothers, Isaac, Taylor, and Zac, are back and ready to rock! Between booked tour dates, whipping up new song lyrics and just hanging around, Hanson took some time out to hang with Dolly and have a chat! Dolly: You began your tour in Tulsa, OK. What was it like playing in your hometown? Isaac: There's a lot of hometown pride. There always seems to be a very uplifting vibe here. Dolly: Let's talk about the new album "This Time Around". Isaac: The whole album is written by the three of us. Several of the songs were written or actually started during the sound check on the last concert tour. Dolly: What do you think you'd be doing if you weren't musicians? Tay: It would have to be something creative. Being musical and creative is more than just a career, its who you are. It would probably be working in film or maybe producing someone else. Dolly: If you were stranded on a desert island and could have three possesions, what would you want to have with you? Tay: This is a very, very, very, easy question, because, you'd bring a boat. That would be the first thing to bring of course it's a yacht. You'd definitly bring fans, and then of course a large quanity of food! Dolly: What kind of music do you listen to? Tay: Music inspires me...there's not a lot of things that we don't really listen to. Dolly: What are your hobbies? Tay: When we do have spare time, we like to go rock climbing, surfing, roller-bladding, sporty things. On the road we read, go on the internet, talk to friends, watch movies. Dolly: What would you say is the funniest or goofiest of the three of you? Tay: Isaac is the goofiest, he does voices and goofs off, but Zac is the wackiest. Dolly: What's your favorite food? Tay: Probably cupcakes. Dolly: Do you have any advice for someone who wants to be a musician? Zac: I think you should probably take advice from someone who's been around longer, but I guess it would be "you've gotta work your butt off, and you've gotta really love doing it!"
