Privacy Policy The Hanson.net Gazette has created this privacy statment as a demonstration of our obligation towards privacy. Please read the following information. You must be 13 years old or older to enter any contest that involves winning a prize that is to be sent to you offline. However, if the contest does not involve needing any personal information such as home address, phone numbers, etc. Anyone of any age may enter. Please understand that the reason for this rule is for children's privacy only. Children's privacy is a very important issue that we support, and will continue to support until somehow, someway, the law is changed for reasonable reasons. Our online forms ask members for contact information (i.e. first name, e-mail address, etc.). We only use that information for whatever purpose it is sent in, and will never be used for the purpose of - what you would call - junk mail. Rules 1. Once you have signed up for Hanson.net, you are signed up for The Hanson.net Gazette as well. All Hanson.net members receive The Hanson.net Gazette unless they prefer not to receive it. In this case, the member should contact info@hanson.net with the word "Unsubscribe" written in the subject. The member will then be removed from the list and will not receive any futher issues. 2. The Hanson.net Gazette is always open to members who feel they would like to contribute. If you have an article, review or other writings that you would like to be featured in upcoming issues, feel free to send them in. However, if you submit an article and it has numerous spelling and grammatical errors, it will be returned to you to be corrected. The Hanson.net Gazette is sent out on the 1st of each month, therefore all submissions must be made and sent in no later than the 25th of the previous month. 3. This newsletter gives members the option of removal from the Hanson.net Gazette's readers list if they do not wish to receive any futhur issues. If you would like to unsubscribe from this newsletter, please contact info@hanson.net with the subject "Unsubscribe" and you will be removed from the list. If for some reason you change your mind in the future and wish to receive The Hanson.net Gazette again, please visit the main page of www.hansonline.com and sign up. 4. The Hanson.net Gazette does not contain any exclusive Hanson content for one reason. This reason is that Hanson.net provides exclusive content for Hanson.net members only. Therefore, as this newsletter is accessed not only by Hanson.net members, but non-members also, we are not allowed to contain any exclusive content unless given permission by The Hanson.net Staff.
