CLUE - THE BOARD GAME

“Come on Tay, you promised you’d play with me!” Mackenzie whined.

“OK Mac, I’ll be right in. I only have 2 more pages to go. Why don’t you go in and set it up?” Taylor responded.

“Yay!!!” Mac screamed and ran back inside, leaving the porch door open. Taylor could hear Diana inside yelling at Mackenzie to close the door because the air conditioning was on and he was letting all the hot air in.

The sun was setting along the horizon of the pacific ocean. There was a boy on the beach, running around with his dog. Taylor had spent his afternoon out on the porch of his California hotel room, reading a 570 page book on the history of toothpicks. He continued to read his book and finished with a sigh of relief and joy.

“Ah, that’s the greatest book in the world. Just as good the 9th time you read it as it is the first time!” Taylor exclaimed, kissing the book as he stood up and walked inside.

In the hotel room, Zac had his headphones on dancing around and singing to what sounded like “Come Together” by the Beatles, but by the way he was dancing, no one could be sure of what kind of music it was, let alone the song and artist. Isaac was on one of the beds with a lap top sitting in front of him. Diana was in the bathroom, giving Zoë a bath, and Mackenzie was sitting on the floor with a Clue game board set up in front of him.

“OK, lets play,” Taylor said, placing his book on the night stand. “Ike, are you going to pull yourself out of that chatroom long enough to spend time with your younger brothers?”
“Yea, I’m comin’. Let me say goodbye to everyone,” Ike replied.

“Zac, you gunna play?” Tay asked.
Zac continued to dance around the room, not even acknowledging Taylor’s presence. “ZAC!!!” still, he continued to dance. Taylor picked up a pillow and smacked Zac over the head with it.

“OW!! Geeze Taylor! What was that for?” Zac screamed “Oh, good going genius... you just broke my diskman! Now what am I gunna do?” They both stood, staring at the floor.

“Sorry man. I didn’t mean to break it. I just wanted to get your attention.”

“Yea, you better be sorry! Now what do you want?”

“Ike and I are gunna play clue with Mac. Do you wanna play?”

“Well, I guess I don’t have anything better to do... Why not?” They all sat down and started to play the game. Isaac was Professor Plum, Mackenzie was Colonel Mustard, Taylor was Mrs. White and Zac was Miss. Scarlet. A while into the game, it began to rain, so Diana turned on the weather channel and just then, lightning hit the hotel room. The T.V. exploded and the curtains caught on fire. Diana set Zoë on a bed and ran to put them out. After extinguishing the curtains, Diana turned, facing the pitch-black room. She asked if the boys were alright. There was no answer.

“Hey guys, where are we?” Zac asked.
“Who was that?” Isaac questioned.
“Zac... Who are you?”
“Isaac... You don’t sound like Zac, you sound like a girl.”
“Well, I’m Zac, and you can stop making fun of me now! My voice has changed!!!”
“Sorry to say, but neither of you sound like Ike or Zac... is this some sort of sick joke?” Taylor stated.
“Since when has Taylor had a woman’s British accent?” Ike asked, worried.
“Since now I guess... Mackenzie, are you OK?”
“I’m scared of the dark guys...” a deep voice boomed.
“Woah!” The three older brothers exclaimed, “Mackie?!?”
“Yea?” came the deep voice again.
The lights came on. They were in a hall with a large chandelier hanging from the
ceiling. There was a beautiful antique rug beneath them and a beautifully framed mirror was hanging on the wall, a little way down the hall.

“Oh my God, this place is beautiful!” Taylor exclaimed.
“Who are you?” Isaac asked, feeling a little awkward.
“I’m Taylor, what does it look like I am? A toothpick?”
“No, more like a bulldozer in a maids uniform...”
“Yea, thanks... who are you?”
As they continued their conversation, Zac wandered around the long hall, looking at different things hanging on the walls. Eventually, Taylor looked up to see a beautiful woman in a long red dress, admiring a sword on the wall.
“Man, that woman is FINE! Who is she?”
“I don't know, why don’t you go talk to her?”
Isaac walked up to her and tried to put a few moves on her. “Did it hurt?” Isaac asked slyly.
“Did what hurt?”
“Falling from heaven?”
“Ewwww! SICK! A GUY JUST HIT ON ME!! Not to mention it was with the STUPIDEST pickup line EVER!!!! YUCK!!!!!!!!!”
“Oh, I’m sorry. I take it you don’t go for guys....”
“No, I’m not gay, why would I go for guys?!?!”
“What do you mean, gay? You’re a girl...”
“No, I’m not! I’m Zac Hanson!!!”
“OK, wait, so, Taylor’s a fat old maid, You, Zac, are a hot girl, and I’m some dorky guy dressed completely in purple?”
“I’m not a girl!!!!!!!!”
“Sorry to say it man, but you are...” Isaac spun Zac around so he could see himself in the mirror.
“OH DEAR GOD! I AM A GIRL!!!!!
“Guys, what happened to us? Where are we???” a rather large man with a rather deep voice, in a yellow suit asked.
“Mac?” the three brothers asked.
“Yea. What happened? Where’s mom?
