*NOTE: To find my cross stitches I made starting in 1992 before Hanson, you can find the link by scrolling to the bottom of this page. Thank you! :0)

These are scans of Hanson cross stitches I have finished. Some I've donated for Hansonfests, and some I've given away. But these are all the cross stitches I've made so far. And I have many many more Hanson related cross stitches in mind I haven't finished yet. Some things I have in mind are:

  • Hanson cross stitch bookmarks
  • Hanson cross stitch totebags
  • Hanson cross stitch towels
  • The Hanson symbol, MOE symbol, Hanson.net symbol..etc
  • Dr. Food and MOE Man
  • And many many more Hanson related cross stitches!

  • I plan to have scans of most, if not all cross stitches I will be making on this page. So if you want to see what they will look like, keep coming back to this section as I will be putting up pictures of my cross stitches as I finish them. Cross stitching takes much much time and work, so do be patient. But I will be showing you what I've made once they are finished. Many more cross stitches to come!

If you would like a sneak peek at some Hanson cross stitches I've started but not finished...go here: UNFINISHED HANSON CROSS STITCH SCANS

This is the Taylor part of a BIG project I'm making. I plan to also do Zac and Isaac and then stitch in the lyrics to "Drift Away." That song really makes me think of Hanson and how much their music means to me!

I made this one for the East Coast Hanson Gathering last year. This was their logo and I sent it and now one lucky winner has this hanging in their house! I was really happy when they asked if I could donate a cross stitch for their gathering and I'm also sending some for this year.

Most of this Christmas one is finished. Also it looks very crooked but the design really isn't as the material stretched. I plan to fix it. LOL!

My cross stitch bookmarks! All bookmarks are the same size. Also there will be several different colors you can choose from. I will be making 20 bookmarks, 4 of each name as you see on the scans above. ( 4 of Hanson, 4 of Isaac, 4 of Taylor and 4 of Zac.)

This cross stitch was finished on January 23rd, 2003. This is another one of Jason Holm's toons (aka Kodiak) that I was so eager to see if I could make into a cross stitch! Like the graphic of the Hanson Hotel, this was also so much fun to make!

(This is the pic of a Tulsa keychain that I went by.)

This cross stitch was finished on Sunday August 25th 2002. My favorite part of this one I enjoyed stitching the most was the quote about Tulsa from Taylor. I've always loved that quote of his...shows that he really has a love for his city that is his forever home. One of my dreams is to one day visit Tulsa and see the place Hanson grew up in!

Newest cross stitch..finished on July 22nd 2002. This is the graphic on the enter page of one of the most visited Hanson websites of all time, HANSON HOTEL! The original design was drawn by "Kodiak" which on the cross stitch I've stitched his website address. This cross stitch would have to be one of the ones I've had the most fun making!

Here is a scan of my latest cross stitch. Don't worry about the line going down Isaac's face. That was caused by where the material has a fold and I couldn't get it out in the scan. LOL! You can't see it when you look at the real thing. And Zac's left eye isn't that squinty. Heh heh. Also the picture underneath is the picture I went by to make this cross stitch.

    For Jordan Ezra Hanson

As most Hanson fans know, it was announced that Taylor Hanson became a Dad on October 31st 2002. Hearing about this, several fans from Hanson.net decided to work together and make a quilt for the baby who's name is Jordan Ezra Hanson. About 50 people from Hanson.net made squares for the quilt. I was asked by the people making the quilt if I would make the center square. Of course I said "Yes!" For this one I didn't design it myself but used a Precious Moments cross stitch graph that was in a book to make this as the center square. Note: At the top of the cross stitch the baby's name looks crooked. LOL! Don't worry it's not. When I scanned it it came out that way and I didn't want to bother rescanning it again. LOL!

I also made a smaller square. I chose to stitch in some of the words from a song from Christian singer Ray Boltz called "Another Child To Hold.

If you would like to see the website where info and a few pictures are of this quilt you can go to (Unofficial) Hanson.net Quilt Website made by Stephanie. Thanks so much Stephanie!

    A Cross Stitch of Zac

This cross stitch of Zac was made from looking at a drawing made by Monica Geist. With her permission, I took her drawing, placed it on a graph and made this cross stitch out of it. It was fun! Here is a scan of my Zac cross stitch with Monica's drawing I went by. Yes I DO plan to do a cross stitch of Taylor and Zac when I have the time! It is in my plans! LOL!

A Cross Stitch Gift I Made For Hanson

These first two pictures are of a cross stitch I designed myself for Hanson in 1999. It took me exactly a year to finish it. I first had to make a penciled drawing of what I wanted it to look like. Then I had to graph it on a cross stitch graph to know where each stitch would go and the color. I started the first stitch on September 15th, 1998 (yes I marked it on the calendar because I wanted to see how long it would take me to finish it..LOL!) and I worked on it until the following September which was in 1999. When I realized it was September of the next year, I noticed that September 15th was coming up and also, I was just about finished the cross stitch. So I stayed up extra late on September 15th of 1999 and I finished the cross stitch!! No I did not plan it that way for it to be exactly a year, it just happened! I had no idea when I first started working on it that it would end up being exactly a year. Since the cross stitch was about the size of a poster, that's why it took that long to finish. But everything you will see on the cross stitch I thought up and designed and drew myself, then I graphed it, then stitched it. I really really enjoyed making it! Here are 2 pictures of the cross stitch I made for Hanson!

This is the middle part of the cross stitch. As you can see there are a few empty squares around the middle because this picture was taken before I finished it. I don't know if you can see, but above the cross are a few Bible verses about making music and playing instruments and singing. Outlining the middle is a musical scale border with musical notes. That took lots of patience to finish it. LOL!

And here is a pic of the finished cross stitch taken right before I put it in the mail! I am standing behind it holding it up so you can see how big it is. There are 16 squares around the edges with all the songs off Middle of Nowhere and the three songs Hanson wrote on their Snowed In Album. I made a little picture to go with each song in each square. This cross stitch is one of my most favorite projects I've ever done. Even though it took me a year to make, I really enjoyed creating something like this to give to Isaac Taylor and Zac.

Mostly the reason I made this for them was, I have been so blessed by the joy Hanson have given me with their music, that I wanted to do something to bless them back! That cross stitch picture was a way of thanking them for bringing their musical talent into the world! I wanted them to really know how much I appreciate what they do because they just don't understand how happy their music has made me! They gave me a gift of their music, and I wanted to give a gift back to them just to say thanks for being who they are to me! I really hope I get to meet them in person some day! :0)

    Hanson's Birthday Cross Stitches 2000

These next three cross stitches I designed myself for the Hanson's birthdays last year. Each took about a month to finish and I really enjoyed thinking up what I could make for each birthday! Once I traced the picture I wanted, I then put it on the cross stitch graph to figure out which stitch goes where on the material! Then after I finished graphing it, I started the actual sewing. On Taylor and Zac's cross stitches, I traced Dr. Food and MOE Man, except for the cake on Taylor's and the letters, packages and mailbox on Zac's which I drew myself. But for Isaac's, I drew everything myself. Here are the pictures of what I made for each of them. I hope you like them.

    Taylor's 17th birthday!
(Sorry it's a little blurry. LOL!)

    Zac's 15th birthday!

(Sadly I forgot to take a photo of Zac's cross stitch before I mailed it but luckily I found the tracing of it when I put it on the graph and so I just took that and traced it again, colored it and scanned it, but it looks like the real cross stitch. I just wish I didn't forget to take a picture of it! Doh!!!!)

    Isaac's 20th birthday!

Sorry once again for this being a bit blurry, but I got it the clearest I could get it. Underneith the CD is the 1-13 Track Listing for the songs on the This Time Around Album. Also, you can tell the material is a bit wrinkled. LOL! I did iron it before I mailed it, but when you cross stitch, the material almost always gets wrinkled. So a tip to those of you who cross stitch, it will need an ironing after you have finished the sewing before you give it as a gift. LOL!

    A Hanson Cross Stitch Bookmark

I made several of these Hanson bookmarks for some of my friends. I made them each a different color and I put in the names of my friends on the very bottom of the bookmark under Hanson's name. These bookmarks were fun to make and all my friends were happy to get them! Each bookmark took just a few hours to make so I was able to make several of these in about a week. Here you can see the ones I made in different colors.
